Your First VisitYour initial visit will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. In most cases, treatment can be performed on the same day as the consultation. Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
Please inform our office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves or joints etc.) or if you are on any medications that may affect your treatment. Please inform the staff if you have moderate or severe dental anxiety, as we are happy to provide oral sedation to make your visit less stressful. |
